As the leader of the Rock Shore team, he guides the creative and production process, ensuring success for his clients.

It’s no wonder why Mei joined the Rock Shore team. The combination of her obsession with filmmaking and her education makes her the perfect fit in our business. She’s responsible for our project management from pre-production, production and post-production details. She thrives off of Rock Shore’s tight-knit, family feeling, and is dedicated to smooth management of all aspects of our shoots.

With more than ten years’ experience in media production across numerous industries, Matt is the Rock Shore expert at creating and editing content that tells amazing, compelling brand stories that our clients trust. He’s at home behind the camera as well as in the editing suite, making him a trusted partner to realize the vision for clients we work with.

A natural creative storyteller at heart, you’ll find Steve both on set and in the editing suite, bringing our clients’ brand stories to life. With over 13 years working in the industry in a mix of freelancer, company head, and roles at production companies, he brings a mass of experience in elevating video content.

It’s no wonder Lucas was brought onto the Rock Shore team with his eccentric personality and dedication to the art of filmmaking. He keeps the studio tidy and the clients happy. He works hard to ensure the Rock Shore team is supplied with everything they need on set and that the studio space is fit for use.

Chloë is responsible for Rock Shore’s social media presence, articles written for the website, and other tasks involving digital content. Her experience in the freelance film, social media, and marketing worlds make her an enthusiastic and capable member of the team. She is dedicated to expanding the brand’s reach and making Rock Shore’s social pages inviting, accessible spaces for all. In her free time, she enjoys writing, adventuring around Baltimore, and playing with her rabbit, Bean.

Kristin is responsible for supporting our productions, making sure everything runs on schedule while on set, and solving any potential challenges before they can even come up! In her spare time, she will always have a camera by her side working on her photography in her travels and showcasing her days outside hiking or being with her family and dog. She has been interested in working behind the scenes and in the media/video production field since she first picked up her camera and is looking forward to projects at Rock Shore focusing on capturing human interest stories.
